3.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may vary.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

3.3 Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to their living nature, Perennial Plants and Groundcover Plants cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

4.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
