Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: This option uses either DHL or FedEx and typically takes 10-15 business days for delivery after the order has been shipped. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery times for this option are 15-25 business days after the order has been shipped.
Delivery Areas

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Botanhush Sales. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the information below to understand how to proceed with a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Due to their living nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been shipped:
- Perennial Plants
- Groundcover Plants
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address: Botanhush Sales

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
