Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature. These include:
- Perennial Plants: Due to their living nature, perennial plants cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been shipped.
- Groundcover Plants: Similar to perennial plants, groundcover plants are also non-returnable once shipped.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
